All too often, we receive a message from a customer whose expensive flashlight has been ruined by an inexpensive set of batteries. And in many cases, the manufacturer will not honor a warranty service request when the cause of flashlight failure is battery failure. Over the years, we have found that a great number of flashlight users are not aware that their batteries have limited lifespans, nor that dead batteries can do some really serious damage, until they learn those lessons the hard way.
