My only complaint with the gadget is the inability to place Skype phone calls to “real” phone numbers due to the lack of a numberpad. Hopefully this will be addressed in a future release.

Once you have decided on a Mac or a PC, most of the considerations are the same. First: laptop or desktop? You can get more processing power in a desktop, but how much power do you really need?
